How does CatchaDrop work?
Paste a product URL from a retailer's site. We periodically fetch the page, extract the product name and price, and compare it to your alert rule. When it matches, we notify you.
Which sites are supported?
Most major retail sites worldwide (fashion, electronics, gaming, sportswear, home, etc.) work through our generic parser— including popular stores like Amazon, Zara, Mango, Nike, Adidas, H&M, PlayStation Store, and many more. Some complex or heavily protected sites may require improvements—use the "Suggest this URL" button on your dashboard and we'll prioritize it.
How often do you check my URLs?
Free Trial (10 days): Daily checks with 5 notifications. After trial: Weekly checks with 1 notification per week (free forever). Pro (£2/mo): Every 6 hours with 200 notifications/month. Premium (£5/mo): Hourly checks (our fastest) with 200 notifications/month. You can also trigger manual checks from your dashboard when needed.
How does the free trial work?
When you add your first product, your 10-day free trial begins. During the trial you get daily price checks and up to 5 notifications. After the trial ends (or after 5 notifications), you stay on the free tier forever with weekly checks and 1 notification per week. Upgrade to Pro or Premium anytime for faster checks and more alerts.
How will I be notified?
By email, and optionally via Telegram once you connect your account (Pro and Premium plans). You control the channels and cooldown to avoid spam.
What are Product Groups?
Product Groups let you track the same item across multiple sellers (Amazon, Argos, John Lewis, etc.) and receive ONE consolidated alert showing the best price across all of them. No notification spam—just the best deal. Available on Pro and Premium plans.
What is AI Seller Discovery?
Our Premium plan includes AI-powered seller discovery. The AI automatically finds additional trusted retailers selling the same product you're tracking, helping you discover better deals across the web. You approve which suggestions to add—no noise, just relevant alternatives.
What about my data and privacy?
We store just what we need to deliver alerts—your URLs, alert settings, and minimal account details. We don't sell data and we don't run ad trackers. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
